Initial yard cleanup
If the yard has built up, your first visit is a longer cleanup, priced by how it looks today. After that you pay the per-visit price.
- Kept up weekly: no cleanup charge — your first visit is the per-visit price.
- A few weeks behind: $39 with weekly or twice-weekly service (normally $75); $75 with every other week.
- A month or more: $75.
- One-time yard reset: $89 flat, any condition.
If your first visit needs more cleanup than you picked, we’ll text you before charging the higher rate.
